A one-day intensive educational program designed to take participants from systematic tricuspid valve imaging to surgical and transcatheter decision-making, combining focused theoretical knowledge with comprehensive simulator-based practical training.

COURSE HIGHLIGHTS
Systematic 2D/3D TEE imaging and tricuspid valve anatomy
3D dataset acquisition, orientation, cropping and multiplanar reconstruction
Etiology mapping: differentiating primary, atrial functional, ventricular functional and lead-related tricuspid regurgitation (TR)
Multiparametric assessment of TR severity, including the massive and torrential TR spectrum
Tricuspid valve assessment from the surgeon’s perspective
Heart Team approach: patient selection for T-TEER, annuloplasty and valve replacement
Pre-procedural planning and periprocedural TEE guidance for T-TEER
Clinical case assessment and hands-on simulator-based training
HANDS-ON TRAINING MODEL
3 Faculty Members | 4 TEE Simulators
Participants will actively practice at the simulators in small groups, with hands-on guidance from the faculty.
