CANCELLATION, REFUND & DELIVERY POLICY
This policy applies to professional education and training services purchased through the Structural Heart Academy website.
1. NATURE OF THE SERVICE
SH Academy provides professional education and training services.
No physical products are sold or shipped through the website.
The purchased service consists of participation in the educational program identified on the relevant registration page.
2. CANCELLATION REQUESTS
Cancellation requests should be submitted in writing to: info@structuralheartacademy.com
The request should include:

Participant's full name;

Program name;

Registration email address;

Registration/order reference, if available;

Reason for cancellation, where relevant.
The date on which the written cancellation request is received will be used for processing the request.
3. STATUTORY WITHDRAWAL RIGHTS
Where the purchaser qualifies as a consumer and a statutory right of withdrawal applies, the withdrawal period and applicable conditions will be determined in accordance with mandatory Turkish consumer legislation.
Certain services may be subject to statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal, including circumstances expressly provided under applicable legislation.
Nothing in this policy is intended to restrict a mandatory statutory right.
4. EVENT-SPECIFIC CANCELLATION TERMS
Unless otherwise stated on the relevant program registration page, SH Academy applies the following voluntary cancellation schedule:
14 calendar days or more before the scheduled program date:
100% refund of the participation fee.
Less than 14 calendar days but more than 48 hours before the scheduled program date:
50% refund of the participation fee.
Within 48 hours of the scheduled program:
No voluntary cancellation refund.
These event-specific conditions apply without prejudice to any mandatory statutory rights available to an eligible consumer.
5. PROGRAM CANCELLATION BY SH ACADEMY
If SH Academy cancels a program and is unable to provide a suitable alternative date or service, participants will be informed and the applicable participation fee will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.
6. PROGRAM DATE OR VENUE CHANGE
If the date or venue of a program changes materially, SH Academy will inform registered participants as soon as reasonably possible.
Where applicable, participants will be offered an alternative arrangement or refund in accordance with the circumstances and applicable law.
7. REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds will generally be processed to the original payment method used for the transaction, unless another method is legally required or mutually agreed.
Where a statutory withdrawal applies, refunds will be processed within the legally prescribed period.
Payment processing times may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment service provider.
8. NO-SHOW
Failure to attend an educational program without prior cancellation does not automatically create a refund entitlement, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.
9. TRANSFER OF REGISTRATION
Where permitted for a specific program, a participant may request transfer of their registration to another eligible participant.
Such transfer is subject to SH Academy's prior approval and any program-specific eligibility requirements.
10. DELIVERY OF EDUCATIONAL SERVICES
No physical goods are sold or shipped through the Structural Heart Academy website.
The service purchased by the customer is participation in a specified professional education and training program.
For face-to-face programs, the service is delivered at the venue and on the date stated on the relevant program page.
For online programs, access details are provided electronically following successful registration.
