Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Participant Change: Rights can be transferred to another colleague with written notice at least 48 hours before the training starts.

• Organization Cancellation: If the training is canceled by our company, full fees are refunded without deduction.

• Online Education: Pursuant to legislation, refunds cannot be issued once access to digital content or live stream links has been provided.

• Face-to-Face Education: Full refund up to 1Cancellation & Refund Policy4 days prior. 50% deduction if less than 14 days. No refunds within the last 48 hours (No-show).

 

Delivery Policy

The services offered by Structural Heart Academy are educational and event registration services. No physical products are shipped.

The purchased service is delivered in the form of electronic registration confirmation and the right to participate in the event. For online trainings, system login details or live stream links; for face-to-face trainings, registration confirmations and barcodes are sent to the e-mail address provided by the participant during registration, whereby the delivery obligation of STRUCTURAL HEART SAĞLIK TEKNOLOJİLERİ A.Ş. is deemed to be fully fulfilled.
